v1.29で、スクリーンパネルやマーカーパネルと同様に、デッキでも配置固定・サイズ固定ができるようになりました。

### 配置固定・サイズ固定の方法
カードデッキの配置固定・サイズ固定の方法は以下の通りです。
1. カードデッキを右クリック→**編集**をクリック
2. デッキ設定画面が表示されるので、配置固定・サイズ固定を選択する
カードデッキのサイズもこの画面から設定できるようになりました。
